Who do I contact if I have a question about my account or statement I received? |

If you have any questions or concerns about your account, contact our financial services department immediately, in person or by phone. The best time to contact us is between 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday thru Friday. If you have insurance, we will file the charges for you as a courtesy based upon the insurance information we have on record for you. Payment is due at the time of service and you are ultimately responsible for settling your account. We will be happy to provide a copy of our policies when you speak with our financial services personnel. |
